IT Application Specialist - Output & Document Management
In this role you'll operate our output management setup; the system that takes transactions from our ERPs and turns them into business documents like invoices, packing slips, order confirmations etc., and then gets them to printers, email or various other endpoints. The Lasernet application sits at the center of it, with our ERP landscape which is a mix of current and legacy Microsoft Dynamics products, a manufacturing ERP, and a WMS serving as sources.
In this role you may face variety of tasks which might mean chasing down why a packing slip stopped printing at one of our warehouses, building a new invoice template for a local market, and supporting a change request to change an existing template. You'll work across all of those ERPs, several connection methods, and a mix of delivery targets.
You'll work alongside our Senior IT Application Lead, who maintains Lasernet today, with an external consultancy on retainer for the heavier pieces of work.
If your background is in Windows infrastructure, ERP integrations, and document or print pipelines, and you're up for going deep on a low-code output management platform, we will get you trained in Lasernet.
Working with us, You will receive:
Full-time work agreement in an international organization
Learning and development opportunities adapted to your needs and supporting your growth
Hybrid work model, combining remote work opportunities with work in an office in the Szczecin City Center

Benefits package including social benefits (private medical health care, insurance, sport card, etc.)
Scandinavian culture – informal, focused on equality, independence, open dialog, and work-life balance
What tasks are waiting for you?
Operating and developing the Lasernet platform day to day: forms, workflows, modifiers, scripting, and input/output module config
Building and maintaining the integrations between Lasernet and ERP application landscape, plus maintaining the delivery side: printers, email, archives etc.
Managing configurations across Dev, Test/UAT, and Production, including promoting changes and version management
Being the initial person people come to when output, print, or document flow breaks, and identifying the actual root cause wherever it lives in the stack
Providing L2 support, working with external consultants and vendors on the more complex problems
Working on projects that extend or modernise the output management setup
Keeping the documentation honest and up to date so the rest of the team can use it
