Position description

As a DynamicWeb/Front-end Developer, you will play a key role in our team, working closely with both our local team in Gdansk and our team in Oslo to build innovative e-commerce websites for our diverse set of clients in Norway. You will collaborate with our Project Managers, UX designers, and back-end/integration developers to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly web experiences.

In this role, you will be required to work from our office in Gdansk at least a few times a week. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in both Polish and English to ensure clear and effective collaboration with our team members in Norway and locally. Key competencies:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in Web Development

• Strong practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind or similar)

• Experience with Git version control system

• Experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET MVC or .NET Core

• Understanding of REST APIs (creating and consuming)

• Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, debugging data issues)

• Understanding of server-side rendering concepts

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills - BOTH in Polish and in English

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Persistency, strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern tooling (npm, webpack/Vite, etc.)

• Experience with web accessibility and WCAG guidelines

• Familiarity with UX design principles

• Experience with content management systems (CMS)

• Knowledge of SEO best practices

Responsibilities:

We are growing and many new customers would like to start working with us. We need your help to:

• Develop and maintain responsive, dynamic websites using DynamicWeb technology - we will teach You :)

• Collaborate with UX designers and back-end developers to deliver high-quality web solutions

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility of web applications

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

• Work with ASP.NET Razor templates to integrate front-end components with back-end functionality
