We are looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of the development and growth of products across verticals. You’ll be the architect of the product — from idea and hypothesis to launch, testing, and scaling. Team management, analytics, optimization, and media buying are all important, but secondary to building a great product.
What you’ll be doing:
Design and launch new products
Develop funnel structures and analyze key metrics
Shape the product vision based on market, competitors, and data
Oversee design, copywriting, and technical implementation
Manage a cross-functional team (media buyers, developers, analysts, designers)
Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and improve usability
Stay up to date with trends in crypto, affiliate marketing, and AI
Requirements:
Experience in launching digital products (landing pages, funnels, apps, etc.)
Basic experience in media buying (you understand traffic and its characteristics)
Foundational knowledge of the crypto industry (understand which offers convert, what Web3, wallets, exchanges, etc. are)
Analytical skills: from Excel/Google Sheets to basic funnel analytics
Nice to have:
Experience in crypto, gambling, betting, nutra, or dating verticals
Participation in launching or scaling arbitrage products
Understanding of compliance and regulation (especially in crypto/gambling)
Experience building a team or processes from scratch
