Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Visual Basic 6, .NET, and SQL
• Proficiency in French or Spanish (minimum B2 level) along with English
• Experience in L2 and L3 support, handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements

Your Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with business users in French or Spanish and English
• Gain quick application knowledge and transition smoothly from current team members
• Provide strong technical and functional support for applications
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Interact with customers, manage expectations, and provide timely updates
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers for ticket triage and software upgrades
• Identify and report operational improvements
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
• Support testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases
