Testing Lead – Mobile App (.NET MAUI)

Work mode: Remote within EU (participation in stakeholder meetings and workshops, including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month)

About the role

We are looking for a Testing Lead to define and execute the testing strategy for a cross-platform mobile application developed with .NET MAUI. You will ensure the highest quality standards, compliance with medical regulations, and a seamless user experience. This role involves close collaboration with developers, UX designers, and product teams for delivering a robust and reliable solution for a client from the medical care sector.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for a mobile app built from scratch.

Collaborate with .NET MAUI developers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.

Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops (including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month).

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a lead role.

Strong knowledge of mobile application testing (iOS and Android).

Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, or similar).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.

English proficiency at C1 level.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in medical or healthcare projects.

Knowledge of .NET MAUI or other cross-platform frameworks.

German language skills.
