We are looking for two Management Solution Planning Architects with extensive experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure Architecture and on-premises to cloud migrations. The ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder management, communication, and elicitation skills, along with a deep understanding of infrastructure and security architecture.

- Design and architect cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
- Develop infrastructure plans to support investment decisions while balancing costs, risks, and quality.
- Create innovative and practical designs that cover end-to-end infrastructure, security, and non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Work closely with business clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with product costs, data privacy, business continuity, and security compliance.
- Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from on-premises to cloud environments.
- Apply Agile and DevSecOps methodologies in infrastructure design and deployment.
- Define, design, and develop multi-platform/hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Implement cloud security controls, including tenant isolation, encryption (at rest & in transit), key management, vulnerability assessments, and application firewalls.

10+ years of IT industry experience with a focus on cloud infrastructure and architecture.

5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect, working with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
- Proven experience in designing Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in Agile, DevSecOps methodologies, and cloud automation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure Solutions Architecture (AZ-305) or equivalent.
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
- Understanding of SIEM, application security, and cloud governance frameworks.
