Software Engineer (Java, SQL, JavaScript) -IN/US-P (Hybrid -Krakow)

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our multinational clients Agile development team in Krakow. The team is responsible for building and maintaining a suite of global client-facing financial applications integrated with various systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain global client-facing financial applications.

• Integrate applications with various systems using EMS and Web Services.

• Analyse existing code to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Deploy and support applications in production.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers.

• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and team discussions.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong development skills in Java, SQL, and JavaScript.

• Proven experience with Spring and Spring Integration.

• Experience in integrating applications with various systems (EMS, Web Services).

• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud.

• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (requirements to production).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

• Ability to mentor junior developers.
