Senior Web UI Developer

Dear Consultant,

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web UI Developer to join multinational clients high-performing team working on cutting-edge financial technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of real-time, event-driven applications for a globally recognized client in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain single-page modular applications using React, TypeScript, and other modern web technologies.
• Implement real-time, event-driven architectures with messaging and streaming systems.
• Build latency-sensitive systems and ensure performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and QA engineers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Work with tools like Jest, Storybook, Webpack, and Docker to ensure efficient development processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Prometheus, Elastic, and Kibana.

Must have skills:

TypeScript, JS, JavaScript, TS, React, Redux, AG Grid, Jest, Storybook, HTML, CSS, Observable, RX JS, Event-driven, Messaging, Streaming, REST, WebSocket, Node, Webpack, Yarn, Docker, NGINX, Monitoring, Prometheus, Elastic, Kibana

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of development experience, with 3-5 years in the investment banking domain.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, and RxJS.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with AG Grid, Jest, Storybook, and building reusable components.
• Solid understanding of event-driven and real-time application development.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Webpack, Yarn, Docker, and NGINX.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Elastic Stack, and Kibana.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSocket, and streaming services.

Domain Knowledge

• Familiarity with e-trading and foreign exchange (FX) is a plus.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Git and the Atlassian toolset.
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js and Java is a plus.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
