🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with engineers and end-users to understand workflows and system requirements

• Redesign and enhance existing web UIs to improve usability, clarity, and efficiency

• Create brand-new interfaces with a focus on data visualization and user experience

• Translate complex financial data into intuitive layouts that make insights clear and actionable

• Participate in regular design reviews and iterate based on real-time feedback

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in UX design, especially with data-heavy web applications

• Strong ability to interpret and visualize complex business metrics

• Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Prior experience in financial services or fintech platforms is a big plus

• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
