📌 We are looking for Senior UX Designer on behalf of our client to join to the leader from the banking sector.

Contract: B2B

Work Mode: 5 days from Warsaw office; 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced UX Designer to collaborate with our engineering and operations teams in enhancing and redesigning complex web UI screens used to manage the firm’s liquidity landscape. This role involves improving existing interfaces and designing new ones from scratch, with a strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and intuitive data presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and end users to understand workflows, business metrics, and operational requirements.

• Analyze existing screens and propose UX improvements to enhance usability and clarity.

• Design new screens from the ground up, focusing on intuitive layouts and effective data visualization.

• Translate complex financial data into user-friendly digital experiences.

• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.

 Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX design, preferably in data-intensive web applications.

• Strong ability to interpret and visualize complex business metrics.

• Exceptional attention to detail and user-centric design thinking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Prior experience in financial services or working with finance-related platforms is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
