Senior UX Designer -Location: Warsaw, Poland Onsite (GS/Jo)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to work onsite in Warsaw. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams to redesign and enhance complex web UI screens used for managing the firm’s liquidity landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and end users to understand workflows, operational requirements, and business metrics.

• Analyze existing screens and propose improvements to enhance usability and clarity.

• Design new web interfaces from scratch with a focus on intuitive layouts and effective data visualization.

• Translate complex financial data into user-friendly digital experiences.

• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX design for data-intensive web applications.

• Proven ability to interpret and visualize complex business metrics.

• Strong user-centric design thinking and exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

• Prior experience in financial services or finance-related platforms is highly preferred.
