About the Project

Our client is a leading global banking organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple business and technology domains. We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams and drive continuous improvement within a complex, international environment.

This role requires a highly experienced Agile professional who can effectively coach teams, manage stakeholders, and facilitate delivery across distributed teams operating in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and best practices.

• Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.

• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

• Track team performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

• Coordinate dependencies and risks across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

• Champion Agile transformation and organizational agility initiatives.

Requirements

Must-have

• 12+ years of professional experience, including extensive experience as a Scrum Master within enterprise-scale environments.

• Proven track record of supporting Agile software delivery teams.

• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery frameworks.

• Experience working within complex, global organizations.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.

• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

• Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.

• Exposure to Agile transformation programs.

• Experience working with distributed international teams.
