Senior OMP Consultant – Supply Chain Planning (W/N)

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid) / Remote within Poland or Europe (with travel requirements)

Duration: 2 years

Work Hours: 8-hour regular shift

Work Model & Travel Requirements

• Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland (preferred).
• Open to candidates across Poland and Europe who can work remotely.
• Candidates outside Poland must be available to travel twice every three months to one of the following locations: Warsaw, Germany, or Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on working knowledge & experience with OMP Demand and Supply Planning.
• Configure and customize OMP planning applications, covering MPS, DPS, DRP.
• Design, develop, and test functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Set up Solvers and ADM rules and configure dispatchers to optimize planning solutions.
• Work directly with stakeholders as a business integration consultant on product functionality & architecture.
• Provide impact analysis and solutions for enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP, etc.).
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users before, during, and after implementation.
• Work closely with senior leadership and executive-level audiences to present solutions and results.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with 3-5 years specifically in OMP implementation and support.

✅ Strong domain knowledge of supply chain planning, covering end-to-end processes.

✅ Experience deploying and configuring OMP-OPR modules (MPS, DPS, DRP).

✅ Deep expertise in setting up Solvers and ADM rules and dispatcher configurations.

✅ Understanding of master and transactional data required for Demand & Supply Planning.

✅ Experience with integration to SAP ERP and SAP APO is a plus.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

✅ Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
