Senior Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor, leading technical discussions with the client and ensuring successful engagements.
• Design and develop next-generation solutions aligned with modern cloud-native architectural principles.
• Lead technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure best practices in development.
• Assess complex applications and recommend transformation strategies to align with 12-Factor principles.
• Execute Proof of Concept (PoC), Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and application transformation initiatives.
• Participate in hands-on development and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Utilize DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Agile, Scrum, and Domain-Driven Design, to deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in Java 17, REST APIs, Spring (Boot, Batch, JPA), JUnit, Mockito, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS (at least one is mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with observability tools to monitor application health and performance.
• Proficiency with containerization platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong cloud experience, preferably in Azure.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in cloud-native application development and transformation.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and 12-Factor app principles.
• Proven ability to lead PoC and MVP projects successfully.
