Senior Java Full Stack Developer

📎 We are looking for Senior Java Full Stack Developer on behalf of our client to join to the leader from the largest Swiss financial holding company.

📍 Krakow/ Hybrid 3 days from the office

Type: Full-time / B2B Contract

We’re looking for someone like that to help us:

- provide technical excellence example for a team of developers delivering software end-to-end

- design, develop, implement, test, and deploy robust java software components applying best development

practices, in-line with agreed business requirements

- work as part of an agile scrum development team and collaborate with other IT teams globally

- perform level 3 support, assisting production operations team in rollout and support-related matters

- migrate applications to new technologies and into the cloud

- work independently and be able to communicate with both business and tech stakeholders

- challenge issues, call out risks in existing processes and systems in a positive manner, and propose improved solutions

Your team

You'll be working in the agile development team in Krakow. Team is responsible for developing and maintaining suite of global client facing financial applications integrated with various systems.

Your expertise

- strong Java, SQL, Java Script development skills with excellent design and problem-solving skills as well the ability to analyse code to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements

- experience in integrating application with various systems with various technologies - EMS, Web Services

- experience working with all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from working with stakeholders to refine requirements to deploying and supporting software in production

- good knowledge of Spring, Spring integration

- knowledge and hands-on experience on Azure/AWS cloud

- calm, confident, and versatile team player who is able to contribute own suggestions based on opportunities and limitations

- excellent communications skills; able to express strategies and proposals in clear and precise speech and written communication across verticals

- tenacious with an open mind for and ability to adapt to both incremental and radical evolution requiring personal and team growth

- independent enabler with transparent significant progress and timely updates

- contributor to clearing impediments and blockers by managing risks and being conscientious with a clear aim on the team's objectives

- strong analytical, problem-solving skills

- being a mentor and example for less experienced developers
