Senior Java Developer

📍 Location: Poland – Łódź (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)

💼 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in building and evolving solutions that support one of the most critical domains in the bank. 🛠 Your Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality solutions

• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure they meet business and technical requirements.

• Contribute to shaping the architecture and applying clean coding practices.

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional Java software development experience.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and SQL (Postgres or Oracle).

• Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design, Microservices Architecture, and Clean Code principles.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, REST, Maven, JUnit.

• Knowledge of building distributed, highly available, high-throughput applications.

• Understanding of software security, TDD, UI frameworks, and JavaScript.
