Senior DevOps Engineer | Hybrid from Gdynia

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer on behalf of our client, a well-known and fast-growing technology company offering a stable, long-term project in a modern environment.

📍 Work model: Gdynia (hybrid model – 3 days per week onsite).

• Experience (Years): 8-10

• DevOps (GitLab)

GitLab CICD YAML pipelines, reusable templates, multi-stage multi-env, approvals.

Runners k8s and shell, caching, artifacts, secrets management (Vault Key Vault).

Security SAST DAST, dependency scanning, CICD compliance gates.

Release blue green canary on AKS Web Apps, progressive delivery, rollback automation.

• Azure Platform

Core services

Compute (VMSS), Storage (Blob Files), Network (VNet, NSG, UDR), Load balancers, App Gateway WAF.

Identity & secrets

Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC troubleshooting.

Monitoring & logging

Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, alert rules action groups.

Backup & DR

Recovery Services Vault, snapshots, geo-redundancy basics.

Cost & quotas

Azure Advisor, budgets alerts, subscription tenant limits.

• Automation

Terraform (AzureRM) state mgmt, workspaces, modules.

Bicep for resource-level changes.

• Scripting

Bash PowerShell Python for ops automation.

Logic Apps Functions for runbook tasks.

Policy & Compliance

Azure Policy assignments, remediation tasks.
