Senior Data Engineer (IN/VA) Hybrid Warsaw

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to drive the development of scalable, high-performance data solutions for enterprise-grade systems. You will work on designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and platforms using modern Big Data technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of high-quality data solutions aligned with architecture and standards
• Design and implement large-scale data pipelines for high-volume, multi-dimensional datasets
• Collaborate with teams to integrate data solutions into business-critical systems
• Optimize performance for low-latency querying and high-throughput ingestion
• Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD integration processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–6+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka
• Proficient in SQL and at least one language: Java, Scala, or Python
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (MSSQL)
• Solid understanding of data architecture, design patterns, and optimization techniques
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and modern data engineering workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
