Rate: 1.000-1.100 PLN/day on B2B + VAT

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug complex software solutions or enhance existing systems.
• Build and code sophisticated applications using advanced technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve software issues and suggest improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend the best technical solutions for high-impact projects.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and stability through innovative ideas.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards and implementation practices.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C++ (version 14 and above).
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to trace and resolve unexpected issues.
• Deep understanding of functional programming, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and systems architecture.
• Expertise in:
• Multithreading
• Polymorphism (static/virtual)
• Smart pointers
• Good practices
• Performance profiling
• Templates
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Testing/Mocking

Desirable Skills

• Solid background in creating or enhancing microservices.
• Familiarity with cloud systems.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
