Scrum Master : Gdynia, Poland (1 day weekly onsite)

Dear Consultant,

We are currently looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join a long-term project in Gdynia, Poland (hybrid – 1 day per week onsite, 4 days remote).

The role requires 10+ years of experience leading medium to large-scale projects, strong exposure to the full system development lifecycle, and hands-on delivery within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
