SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide operational support and application management within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a strong focus on:

• Performance & Goals (P&G / PMGM)

• Succession & Development (S&D)

The consultant will act as a core IT resource responsible for ensuring system stability, release coordination, operational excellence, and alignment with business processes.

This is a highly collaborative environment involving close cooperation with business stakeholders, SAP representatives, and external implementation partners.

The role requires exactly 60% allocation.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Operations & Support

• Own day-to-day application support activities for SAP SuccessFactors

• Manage incidents, support tickets, and operational issues

• Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the SFSF landscape

Module Ownership

Primary responsibility for:

• Performance & Goals (P&G / PMGM)

• Succession & Development (S&D)

Configuration & Enhancements

• Implement approved standard system changes

• Avoid department-specific custom developments

• Support and advise business stakeholders on standard SFSF capabilities

Release Management

• Coordinate semi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases

• Organize alignment and testing meetings with business stakeholders

• Assign and monitor testing activities

• Raise SAP support tickets where required

Integration & Process Improvements

• Support SAP GRC integration for automated role provisioning

• Ensure DIALOG forms are correctly archived into personnel records

• Drive IT-led system extensions and process improvements

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Participate in product alignment meetings

• Join technical exchanges with SAP representatives

• Support SAFe / Agile ceremonies when required

Mandatory Requirements

SAP SuccessFactors Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with:

• SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF)

• Performance & Goals (PMGM / P&G)

• Succession & Development (S&D)

Functional & Operational Experience

• Application support / AMS experience

• Release management experience

• Standard configuration expertise

• Testing coordination experience

Integration Experience

• SAP GRC integration exposure highly preferred

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• IT lead mindset

Languages

• German: Fluent / B2+ mandatory

• English: B2+ mandatory

Availability

• Must be available for 60% assignment capacity
