SAP SD/MM/Retail Consultant | ( Remote | Part-Time Contract | Polish + English )

We are seeking a skilled SD/MM/Retail Consultant to join a client-facing SAP project managed by IBM's local team. This is a 100% remote, part-time contract (20 hours/week) for the first 3 months, with potential for extension and increased involvement based on project needs. 🔹 Role Overview:

This position requires deep expertise in SAP SD, MM, and IS-Retail (S/4HANA), along with strong communication and consulting skills. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and propose system solutions tailored to retail operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and propose SAP-based solutions

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and document outcomes

• Provide consulting services in SAP SD/MM and S/4HANA Retail

• Recommend enhancements and best-practice tools to optimize processes

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Collaborate with developers and the IBM project team

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, particularly in SD/MM and IS-Retail

• Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics processes in a retail context

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA functionality

• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills

• Fluency in both Polish and English

• Able to work independently and client-facing
