SAP PP Lead Consultant fluent in German (WP/ remote in Poland)

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Lead Consultant fluent in German to support and drive complex S/4HANA transformation projects in a global, cross-functional environment. You will work directly with international clients during the template design phase, lead both onshore and offshore teams, and ensure successful delivery from requirement gathering through to go-live and possible rollout phases. This is a high-impact role requiring both deep functional knowledge and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as stream lead in SAP PP (and ideally QM), overseeing design, validation, and implementation of S/4HANA solutions
2. Guide clients through process design and variation options, ensuring alignment with business goals
3. Lead and collaborate with onshore and offshore consulting teams across multiple geographies
4. Ensure successful template design, delivery execution, and post-go-live support
5. Serve as a design guardian for international industrialised rollouts
6. Engage with C-level stakeholders and business process owners in manufacturing or consumer goods industries
7. Apply delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) in dynamic environments
8. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring effective stakeholder management and solution governance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in S/4HANA transformation projects, especially in SAP PP and QM modules
2. Knowledge of Advanced Variant Configuration and integration with APO/IBP/MES
3. Solid understanding of manufacturing or consumer goods industry processes
4. Familiarity with tools like Signavio and Celonis is a plus
5. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize and guide decisions
6. Fluent German and English (mandatory)
