As an SAP MM Consultant, you’ll bring deep knowledge of SAP MM in supply chain scenarios, with hands-on system expertise and technical acumen. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting implementation, business process alignment, and post-go-live activities in an Agile, international environment.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead and support business process flows, focusing on direct procurement and supply chain integration.

Facilitate and support implementation, transition, and post go-live phases.

Demonstrate strong system hands-on experience and technical understanding of SAP MM.

Work with the ABAP development team to enable custom development.

Drive and document workshops (including URS and IT requirements).

Prepare and write meeting minutes, assessments, and process-level Fit/Gap analysis.

Contribute to functional specifications, data object/field design, and system configuration.

Use SAP Solution Manager effectively as part of documentation and compliance.

Collaborate with procurement and other functional streams.

Present SAP MM processes to stakeholders and demonstrate best practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, PI Planning).

Support global template rollout and multi-country delivery initiatives.

 Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years of SAP MM experience, especially in direct procurement and supply chain integration.

Solid understanding of integration with Quality, Plant Maintenance, Customer Services, and Production Planning.

Strong working knowledge of S/4HANA (On-Premise preferred).

Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (must-have).

Proven experience in Fit/Gap analysis, business process design, and workshop facilitation.

Experience working with Product teams, in Agile setups (SAFe Agile certification is a plus).

Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Experience in global SAP delivery, ideally with multi-country rollouts.

Ability to mentor and coach junior consultants.

Nice to Have

Experience with Cloud solutions.

Prior involvement in Global Template Rollouts.

Agile knowledge and participation in Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies.
