SAP FICO Architect

Dear Consultant,

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to join our multinational clients team for a global SAP rollout project across Central and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support in complex, multinational environments.

Location:HYbrid Warsaw (Prefered)

Language Requirements: Proficiency in Polish is mandatory; knowledge of other Central and Eastern European (CEE) languages is advantageous.

Experience: 10+ years in SAP consultancy with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

Industry: Global leader in marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP ECC solutions to meet specified business requirements, including scoping, design, localization, testing, go-live, and transition to Application Management.
• Provide expert-level SAP and functional knowledge on financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO modules with other business systems.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Over 10 years of SAP experience as a consultant, managing complex projects involving full lifecycle implementations, template design, build, validation, roll-out, and support in SAP FI.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Financial Accounting (FI) modules: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), General Ledger (GL), and Taxation.
• Certification and practical experience in SAP ECC Finance module are preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP functionalities, technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders), project stages (run, deployments, testing), and project management skills (planning, team collaboration, multi-team interaction).

• High proficiency in SAP FICO modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
• Team player with strong networking abilities, both internally and with external partners.
• Exposure to SAP ECC Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) processes, including credit management, dispute management, and collections management.
• Hands-on experience with cash application processes in accounts receivable.
