We are seeking a Release Manager with expertise in cybersecurity to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and secure release management processes while collaborating with global teams. This is a hybrid role based in Krakow, offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the banking sector.

Client: Multinational Banking Institution


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline the Release Management process to ensure smooth deployment of software.
  • Work with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, GAR, SNOW) and write shared Jenkins libraries in Groovy.
  • Leverage automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Helm to enhance efficiency.
  • Integrate and manage Vulnerability Management processes.
  • Support and maintain effective Change Management workflows.


Skills & Experience We Require:

  1. Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Release Management.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, GAR, SNOW.
  • Proficiency in writing Groovy scripts and creating shared Jenkins libraries.
  • Expertise in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
  • Good understanding of Vulnerability Management processes.
  • Familiarity with Change Management principles and tools.


Optional/Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of RedHat Linux and Windows Server OS.
  • Familiarity with database engines such as MSSQL (always-on) and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali) and their automation.
  • Implementing observability solutions: Application Dynamics, Splunk, xMatters.
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise technologies in a global IT environment.
  • Scripting and coding in Bash, Python, and SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of Agile practices, including managing work in Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Experience addressing Audit and Compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of incident management and task prioritization in Agile workflows.
