Job description
Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, currently have two immediate requirements for Python/Scala/Spark Developers, to be based remotely, within Mainland Poland. WebEx interviews and immediate starts.
Skills and experience required:
- Computer science academic background (Bachelor or Master Degree)
- Strong programming experience: Python/Scala, Spark.
- Knowledge in object-oriented concepts, data structures and algorithms
- Experience with cloud services
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and experience in liaising with global teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- Knowledge of GitHub, Nexus, TeamCity, Jira
- Comfortable in a Linux based server environment incl scripting
- Bonus: Financials Services IT background, experience with AML Transaction Monitoring solutions
