Python Backend Engineer with Gen AI Exposure (IN/VA)

We are urgently seeking Backend Engineers with strong Python skills and exposure to Generative AI systems to join an innovative AI-first initiative for a leading global payment technology company.

Location: Poland (Remote/Hybrid options may apply)

Client: Global Payments & FinTech Leader (confidential)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Requirements:

• Solid backend experience with Python (C# or Java also acceptable)
• Hands-on with microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Practical exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI systems: LLMs (OpenAI, Claude), LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot, or vector DBs
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-based toolchains, or AI orchestration logic
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD
• Comfortable working in secure, low-latency architectures
• Availability for 2 hours overlap with PST/Bellevue time zone
