Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of complex, high-impact projects in the banking and financial services sector. You’ll be the driving force behind planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

As the central point of communication, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and keep stakeholders engaged. You’ll also balance innovation with execution - guiding product strategies that leverage AI and financial technologies, while ensuring continuous improvement.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables

• Build detailed execution plans and manage resources effectively

• Maintain backlogs and prioritize features with business value in mind

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues—and resolve them before they escalate

• Ensure projects stay on track in terms of time, budget, and quality

• Drive continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives & lessons learned

• Champion Agile practices and foster a collaborative team environment

✅ What We Expect

• 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-team projects

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Experience in Agile methodology & software development lifecycle

• Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office, Copilot, GitLab, and SQL

• Ability to translate requirements into practical, robust solutions

• Proven ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities

• Focus on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Rate: up to 1.450 PLN
