Product Engineer
Hybrid from Warsaw – 2 days per week in the office

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who blends frontend expertise with a product‑centric mindset.

You’ll be working in a hybrid model from Warsaw (2 days a week onsite), directly shaping both the technical and user experience sides of our product.

What you bring:

• Deep experience with React and TypeScript — hooks, state management, modern patterns.

• Strong UX/UI skills — comfortable with Figma/Sketch, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.

• Solid CSS skills (CSS‑in‑JS or utility frameworks), responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility.

• Testing discipline using Playwright (E2E) and testing‑library/Jest (unit/integration).

• Accessibility knowledge — WCAG, semantic HTML, ARIA best practices.

• Ability to define and evolve a design system and component library.

• Experience integrating REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs — handling auth, caching, and error states.

• Practical understanding of performance profiling, code splitting, and CI/CD for frontend apps.

• Clear communication, user empathy, and the ability to drive work from discovery through delivery.

Nice to have:
Data visualization (e.g., D3, OpenLayers), Storybook‑driven development, analytics/telemetry, and basic backend awareness for smooth end‑to‑end collaboration.
