📍 Work model: Hybrid (Warsaw) preferred, remote possible for strong candidates

💰 Rate: Up to 1,000–1,150 PLN net/day (B2B)

📅 Experience: 5+ years

🛠️ What you'll be doing:

• Lead full-cycle development of powerful PHP-based products — from design to production support.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, etc.).
• Shape infrastructure with Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Architect complex systems using microservices, and work hands-on with key technologies like PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Drive performance, code quality, testing, and deployment standards.
• Be a mentor, a thought leader, and a go-to expert for complex architectural challenges.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong GCP experience (Cloud Run, App Engine, BigQuery, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of microservices design, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
• Excellent communication skills – you're comfortable translating tech speak into plain language for business stakeholders.
• A problem-solver with a passion for performance, scalability, and clean architecture.
• Bonus points for experience in large-scale applications or platforms used across multiple teams.
