Position: MLOps Engineer

Location: Remote (Poland-based)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our multinational clients team and contribute to building robust and scalable machine learning systems. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of total experience, with at least 7-8 years of hands-on MLOps expertise.

This is a remote, B2B role requiring work from Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management:
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for model deployment using GitHub Actions.
• Ensure seamless automation and scaling of deployment tasks through advanced scripting.
• Infrastructure and Automation:
• Collaborate with TCCC CloudOps to research, define, and set up Azure-based infrastructure.
• Automate model training, scoring pipelines, and deployment tasks on Azure ML.
• API Integration:
• Host models behind APIs using Azure ML services for scalable and efficient deployment.
• Develop scalable backend services in Python to support ML operations.

Key Requirements

• Experience:
• 8–10 years of overall experience, with at least 7–8 years in MLOps.
• Strong software engineering background with expertise in automation and scaling.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of Azure infrastructure, particularly Azure ML services.
• Experience with Python backend development for scalable solutions.
• CI/CD:
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.
