Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant.
Years of experience needed: 8-10 years of experience on Dynamics 365 F&O experience with full life cycle implementation.
Technical Skills:
· Must have at least 2 End to End Dynamics F&O implementation experiences.
· Must have experience and strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance-related modules, like Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Credit and collections, General ledger, Budgeting, and Fixed assets.
· Knowledge of Finance Reporting Tools (Financial Reporting) and Electronic Reporting
· Demonstrate an understanding of business processes and business practices.
· Assist the business users in defining the business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
· Work with D365 F&O Technical team members and assist them with customization.
· Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy
· Providing general usability guidance and preparation reference material for end-users
· Conduct and provide User training to internal and external clients.
· Handhold customer support during UAT, GO Live, and Hype care phases.
· Work with Project Team on D365 F&O customization testing, roll-out, and post-live support.
· Experience in Supply Chain is considered an asset.
Process Skills:
· Excellent knowledge of the standard business process.
· Excellent Communication skills to build effective working relationships across all levels.
· Sound knowledge of MS tools like Visio, Excel, Word, etc.
· A solution-oriented thought process with an innovative mindset
· Provide expertise in the functional area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
