Lead Windows Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Lead Windows Administrator to join our team, working with one of the largest global automotive corporations.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Windows server environments, ensuring smooth operation and high availability. ✅  Role & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting the incidents & problems reported on the servers
• Provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems
• To carry out the scheduled activities like Daily Checklists, Server reboot, Etc.
• Monitoring of logs and alerts
• Vulnerability remedy & Patch management
• H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
• Firmware & BIOS upgrade
• Contribute to internal knowledge management system
• Conduct timely and accurate upgrades, patches, clustering, support, and configuration and management in accordance with change and release management processes
• Design and implement enterprise Windows Server solutions that meet business requirements

👉 Requirements:

• Experience on Windows 2016 , 2019 , 2022.
• Strong Knowledge on troubleshooting skills on Windows server.
• Knowledge on Remote system administration.
• Understanding of capacity planning, performance Monitoring and tuning.
• Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.).
• Knowledge is on Automation –VRA will be added advantages.
• Power shell scripting.
