We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a leading financial institution issuing payment cards. This role requires a pure PM who will manage initiatives identified in the roadmap, collaborate with the solution team to finalize designs, and then work with the delivery team to ensure successful implementation. The position is based in Wroclaw office.
As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate strong cultural values: ownership, simplification, urgency, thoughtful risk-taking, unlocking potential, and inclusivity. You will work with teams across multiple domains, ensuring the successful delivery of services or outcomes that span multiple teams and integrations across the enterprise.
Location: Wroclaw, Infosys Office, Poland, 2 days hybrid, 3 days remote
Rate: 250-270 USD/day
- Drive the execution of initiatives from inception through successful delivery.
- Collaborate with multiple scrum/delivery teams to improve ways of working and mitigate risks or issues that may impact the plan.
- Conduct retrospectives, create action plans to implement changes at the team level, and align with other TPMs to plan actions across the program.
- Identify and suggest system efficiencies or process improvements for program leadership.
- Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigations. Report progress to teams and senior leadership.
- Serve as the first point of contact for your teams, ensuring clear communication of project status and providing the right information at the right time.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business strategy and design approaches within product, program, or domain to be influential with teams.
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams with critical thinking and thought leadership.
- Proven experience in building large-scale enterprise technical programs and products from inception to delivery, with the ability to use metrics to articulate the impact.
- Experience in breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile environments (scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Ability to help customers and engineering teams make trade-off decisions, considering business goals, technical strategy, customer experience, and maintainability.
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience partnering with and influencing teams.
- Expertise in Payments and familiarity with IaaS, PaaS. Experience with CI/CD, SQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model is a plus.
