📌 We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Developer to join our multinational client in the financial sector.

The role involves leading a distributed team of software developers, driving high-quality deliveries, and ensuring scalable, resilient application architecture.

The candidate will engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure project goals are achieved with quality standards.

📍Location: Poland – Warsaw (Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week must)

Language: English (fluent, spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers to achieve project objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements.

• Design, develop, and deliver robust Java-based solutions.

• Review team deliveries and ensure they meet quality benchmarks.

• Act as a gatekeeper for quality, especially in distributed teams.

• Ensure scalability, throughput, and resilience in application architecture.

Must-Have Skills

• At least 12 years of Java Software Development.

• Very strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and SQL (Postgres or Oracle).

• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Microservices Architecture, and Clean Code principles.

• Ability to design scalable, high-throughput, and resilient application architectures.

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, Maven, and JUnit.

• Experience in building distributed, highly available, and high-throughput applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, REST, Maven, JUnit.

• Experience building distributed, highly available, high-throughput systems.

• Familiarity with software security, TDD, UI frameworks, and JavaScript.
