Lead Consultant – SAP Fico (RT/GT)

🚀 SAP FICO RT GT Lead

📍 Remote (within Poland)

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead (10+ years of experience) with Germany Localization expertise to join an exciting S/4 HANA Rollout project.

Mandatory Skills:

• FI (GL / AP / AR / Banking, Dunning, DMEE)

• CO, Assets, Tax

• Germany Localization

• Inflation Accounting

Nice-to-have:

• DRC

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and advise business stakeholders on industry best practices.

• Participate in full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

• Support team members and coordinate with cross-functional SAP modules.

• Deliver rollouts for S/4 HANA FICO.

• Prepare documentation and end-user manuals.

📌 Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.

• Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and functionalities.

• Strong background in Germany Localization.

• Proven experience with S/4 HANA implementation & rollouts.

• Understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
