Java Architect

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect with 12+ years of expertise to lead and drive the technical direction of our multinational clients projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong Java development background, deep experience in cloud platforms (GCP), and proven ability to technically lead teams in an Agile environment.

Java Architect – Onsite | B2B Contract

Location: Krakow, Poland Role Type: B2B Contract

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Architect, design, and implement scalable Java-based solutions.

🔹 Develop and maintain high-performance microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.

🔹 Optimize database interactions using MySQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.

🔹 Leverage GCP Cloud services and GCP Datastore for cloud-based solutions.

🔹 Ensure best practices in software architecture, security, and performance.

🔹 Utilize Hibernate for efficient ORM and data management.

🔹 Drive CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage GIT-based version control.

🔹 Lead and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

🔹 Work closely with stakeholders to define and implement business-driven solutions.

🔹 Implement and advocate Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

✔ 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and architecture.

✔ Expert knowledge of Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

✔ Strong database experience with MySQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.

✔ Proven experience with GCP Cloud and GCP Datastore.

✔ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and version control (GIT).

✔ Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in leading technical teams.
