IT Offer-Order Solution - Matter Expert

We are looking for an IT Offer-Order Solution - Matter Expert to join our multinational clients team . In this role, you will collaborate closely with Offer-Order Business Analysts and IT domain experts to assess and integrate the Client Nevio solution into the existing IT landscape. You will act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment, smooth execution, and gap resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Offer-Order Business Analysts to evaluate the technical suitability of the Client Nevio solution, identifying fits and gaps.
• Act as a liaison between Client and IT domain SPOCs/SMEs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Collaborate with domain SPOCs/SMEs to analyze the impacted IT landscape, explain the vendor solution, and define joint IT requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate IT requirements into actionable plans and roadmaps for implementation.
• Support execution across impacted IT domains, ensuring effective planning and implementation.
• Review airline-specific requirements and ensure they are incorporated into the vendor solution. If gaps exist, manage them through the gap resolution process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in IT Offer-Order solutions within the airline industry.

Strong understanding of IT landscapes and integration processes.

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business analysts, IT domain SPOCs, and SMEs.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-driven mindset.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Ability to manage and drive IT requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
