Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting is currently seeking IT Business Analyst to be based in Wroclaw office.
We are looking for a Business Analyst within the Aftermarket domain and service planning. The application in scope is VOSP, as a vital part of the Service Planning Process. The purpose of Service Planning is to maximize uptime - to keep the truck on the road and available for work, generating revenue for our customers.
This is done by planning and re-planning service according to the exact demands of a specific truck and its operation.

Job description :
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development professionals. Based on discussions with stakeholders, you will identify, analyze & document requirements for business change
- Analyze telematic and non-telematic data and flows
- Produce estimations of effort for requested changes
- Contribute in providing solution direction on how to fulfill business process changes
- Contribute in validating Business requirements and its prioritization
Required competencies :
- Good business understanding
- Knowledge of the area in scope (Service, Maintenance, Telematic, Vehicle technology)
- Knowledge of system requirement work
- Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
- Customer focused, teamwork skills and a structured approach
- Good documentation skills
- Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
