GCP DevOps Engineer

📌 Role Highlights:

• Location: Hybrid in Kraków (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
• Rate: Up to 1,050 PLN per day
• Duration: Ongoing contract with long-term potential

🔑 Essential Experience:

• 3+ years in IT, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Solid experience in Kubernetes and Cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong background in software engineering lifecycle and DevOps methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
• Strong expertise in Bash/Shell scripting, Jenkins, and GIT

💡 Technical Skills Required:

• Kubernetes: Deep expertise in container orchestration for scalable and efficient applications
• GCP: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture
• CI/CD: Solid knowledge of Jenkins, Gradle, and Git for continuous integration/deployment
• Automation Tools: Familiar with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Airflow, or Saltstack
• Scripting & Programming: Strong skills in Bash/Shell scripting; Python development experience (JupyterHub, etc.)
• Linux: Comfortable with RHEL 7.x and Linux system operations

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Big Data: Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and related technologies
• DevOps Tools: Knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and GitHub
• Machine Learning: Familiarity with ML concepts and workflows
• Certifications: GCP certification is a bonus
