Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations professional who enjoys working directly with clients, leading workshops, and delivering impactful ERP solutions? We're looking for a Functional Consultant to join a large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O transformation project.

In this client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping shape finance solutions, driving requirements analysis, and ensuring successful implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O across the organization.

💡 Your Mission

🏢 Client Engagement & Consulting

• Act as the Functional Consultant and primary point of contact for business stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.

• Build strong relationships with clients and project teams.

📊 Functional Analysis & Solution Design

• Prepare and maintain:

  • Fit-Gap Analysis documents

  • Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)

  • Functional Design Documents (FDD)

  • User Stories

• Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.

• Design finance-related processes, workflows, and data models.

• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

💰 Finance & Operations Expertise

• Lead the design and implementation of Finance modules within Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Advise stakeholders on standard functionality and system capabilities.

• Support finance transformation initiatives and process optimization.

🔄 Data Migration & Integrations

• Provide guidance on:

  • Data migration strategy

  • Data mapping activities

  • Integration requirements

• Collaborate with technical teams on third-party system integrations.

• Ensure seamless data flow across business applications.

✅ Testing & Training

• Participate in Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support QA teams during testing cycles.

• Assist with end-user training and knowledge transfer.

• Help ensure successful system adoption across business teams.

🤝 Collaboration

• Work closely with business users, solution architects, developers, and project managers.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning activities.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Must-Have Skills

✔️ Proven experience delivering at least:

• Two Microsoft Dynamics implementations involving AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 F&O

• At least one full implementation using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

✔️ Strong expertise in:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Finance modules and related business processes

• Functional analysis and solution design

✔️ Experience creating:

• FRD (Functional Requirements Documents)

• FDD (Functional Design Documents)

• User Stories

• Fit-Gap Analysis documentation

✔️ Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Experience working in Agile project environments

✔️ Strong understanding of:

• Solution architecture concepts

• ERP implementation methodologies

• Business process optimization

✔️ Experience working with:

• Integrations

• Third-party systems

• Data migration activities

✔️ Excellent communication skills in:

• English 🇬🇧

• Polish 🇵🇱

✔️ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications

• Experience leading international ERP transformation projects

• Experience within manufacturing, retail, logistics, or finance industries

• Knowledge of Power Platform solutions

• Experience with Azure-based integrations

• Understanding of reporting and analytics solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
