Full Stack Java Developer (Java + React)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering mission-critical applications in the financial sector. This is a remote, long-term B2B contract role, open to professionals based in Poland. You will contribute to the full development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, using modern Java and React stacks. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and standards

• Contribute to API development, UI components, and database interaction

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring/Spring Boot)

• Solid experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Exposure to the payments or financial services domain
