Frontend Engineer (React)

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (React) who is passionate about crafting responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. You’ll play a key role in building scalable front-end solutions that power modern financial applications used by clients worldwide.

Your focus will be on creating reusable components, managing state efficiently, and integrating seamlessly with backend APIs. Beyond coding, you’ll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver exceptional user experiences that balance performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design & develop responsive user interfaces with React 17+ & TypeScript

• Build reusable components & hooks to accelerate development

• Manage application state (Redux a plus)

• Integrate with RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend teams

• Ensure performance, accessibility, and clean coding standards

• Write & maintain UI tests (RTL, Cypress)

• Style applications using CSS3, Less, or CSS Modules

• Work in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to deliver value iteratively

• Partner with product and design teams to transform ideas into polished solutions

✅ What We Expect

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React & TypeScript

• Proven track record in long-term React projects

• Strong skills in HTML5, JavaScript (ES), CSS3/Less/CSS Modules

• Experience in UI testing frameworks (RTL, Cypress)

• Understanding of RESTful API integration

• Clean coding practices & attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate and clearly define frontend needs for backend teams

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience in responsive design across devices

• Familiarity with Node.js

• Knowledge of advanced state management & performance optimization

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Rate: up to 1.250 PLN
