.You will lead the software development lifecycle, from API integrations and web services to custom coding and system optimization. Your expertise will help drive success in pre- and post-sales stages, ensuring the platform meets and exceeds client needs.
Contract Duration: 12 Months (with extension possibilities)
Location: UK preferred or Europe
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications for Success:
3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect (Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.) and UC environments
Strong background in software development (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, etc.) with real-time systems
Proven experience in implementing AWS Cloud Contact Center solutions
Ability to collaborate with customer IT Architecture teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions
Expertise in cloud contact center migration efforts and deployment strategies
Knowledge of Lex Interface and hands-on experience as a developer (preferred)
AWS Developer Certification (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
Lead the development for CCaaS implementations on client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery
Own the end-to-end solution development, including:
Routing strategy
IVR design
API approach and external data integrations
Develop and maintain reusable code libraries
Advise on testing strategy and contribute to test plans
Design solutions that apply CCaaS platform capabilities to solve business challenges
Collaborate with clients to help build use cases, gather requirements, and create designs and test plans
Manage people and teams, providing technical leadership in enterprise architecture
