Digital Business Analyst (CMS / Adobe AEM) - Remote Poland/ HX

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of CMS-based digital solutions within a large, international digital environment.

You will work closely with product owners, UX/design teams, and engineering, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Adobe AEM / CMS platforms, and leading discovery and solutioning phases. Send CV to (marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and user requirements for CMS-based digital platforms

• Translate high-level requirements into clear functional requirements, epics, and user stories

• Lead Discovery / Inception / Solutioning phases for CMS initiatives

• Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to ensure aligned delivery

• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT support

• Work independently while managing deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment

• Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software / digital projects

• Strong experience with CMS-based solutions (Adobe AEM or similar)

• Proven ability to:

  • Break down complex requirements into epics and user stories

  • Translate business needs into meaningful application requirements

• Experience leading Discovery / Inception phases

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Hands-on, self-starter mindset with strong ownership

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

• Exposure to UX and design collaboration

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise digital platforms

• Background in digital agencies or MarTech environments

• Experience working with international / multicultural teams
