DevOps + Java | Hybrid from Krakow 3 days

DevOps + Java

 📌 We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps + Java on behalf of our client to join to the leader from the largest Swiss financial holding company.

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

DevOps part below, plus this person should be aware of at least basics of Java. It is not a full Java developer role, but the candidate should be willing and comfortable understanding the code.

☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure (Azure-focused)

Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Services, especially:

• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Azure Web Apps

• PostgreSQL Flexible Server

• Azure Service Bus

• Azure Storage Accounts

• Azure Identity Management (Service Principals, User Assigned Managed Identities)

• Cosmos DB

Infrastructure as Code & Configuration

• Terraform (including best practices for DR, HA, and cost optimization)

• HELM (for Kubernetes deployments)

• GitLab CI/CD (pipeline design, templating, and maintenance)

• Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML)

Build & Release Engineering

• Experience with Maven, Gradle, and NPM for artifact packaging

• Containerization and container image creation

• Artifact management using Nexus Repository

Security & Compliance

• Fortify and SonarQube for static code analysis

• HashiCorp Vault Enterprise for secrets management

Monitoring & Observability

• Azure Monitoring

• Prometheus and Grafana for metrics and dashboards

Scripting & OS

• Strong in Bash and Python scripting

• Comfortable with Linux OS administration and troubleshooting
