DevOps and Backend Environment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented DevOps and Backend Environment Specialist to join our multinational clients team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our environments, ensuring seamless operations, and facilitating effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot application components and environments.
• Analyze logs and diagnose errors to ensure system reliability.
• Adjust configurations and create tickets for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with and push other teams to meet their responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Handle critical issues promptly, including potential overtime work.
• Maintain a proactive and motivated approach to problem-solving.

Technical Stack:

• Java 17
• Spring & Spring Boot
• Kafka
• On-premises Kubernetes (Docker EE)
• Database: Oracle (migrating to PostgreSQL)
• CI/CD: Jenkins

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using logs and understanding errors.

Experience troubleshooting and fixing application components and environments.

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to work under pressure and handle critical issues.

Motivated and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the technical stack mentioned above.
• Experience in a similar role at the intersection of DevOps and backend development.
