As a Data Analyst for the Global Business Services (GBS) function, you’ll play a critical role in connecting the dots between operational processes and business results. Beyond analyzing data, you will derive meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, technical expertise, and strong communication skills. You will drive consistency and collaboration across GBS and IT by managing operational data and analytics. As part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the data infrastructure, you will provide leadership with key insights into business priorities and performance.

Job Type: 12-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to establish a robust data collection, analysis, and reporting framework.
• Provide insights into key operational performance indicators by analyzing data trends, identifying issues, and forecasting potential challenges.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining accuracy and implementing data governance best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Continuously improve self-service reporting and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into clear, concise insights.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, R for data analysis.
• Experience working in a global organization.
