D365 CRM Architect

We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Architect to join our team, working in the Banking Domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and designing enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions. Location: Krakow (Hybrid - 1 day onsite per week)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions.
• Design scalable and robust enterprise solutions using D365 CE customization and integration capabilities.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of D365 CE architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
• Lead solution design and technical implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize D365 CE solutions for performance and scalability.
• Integrate D365 CE with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom connectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).
• Extensive experience in implementing and configuring D365 CE solutions.
• Deep knowledge of D365 CE architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
• Proven ability to design scalable and robust enterprise solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in implementing and configuring D365 CE.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
• Proven ability to design scalable enterprise solutions using D365 CE customization and integration.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Power Apps: Experience developing custom applications with canvas and model-driven apps.
• Hands-on experience in Power Automate: Ability to automate business processes and design complex workflows.
• Integration skills: Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with D365 CE to drive digital transformation.
• Advanced features: Knowledge of custom connectors and advanced Power Platform capabilities.
